Limited One-Year Warranty 

 Accessory Lighting Bracket

Warranty Period: One (1) Year from the Date of Purchase

Warranty Coverage

Nocturtle warrants that the  Accessory Lighting Bracket  will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Nocturtle will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective product.

Warranty Conditions

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
  2. A description of the defect.
  3. Photographs of the product and installation, if requested.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation, modification, or misuse.
  • Accidents, collisions, abuse, neglect, or vandalism.
  • Use of the product for any purpose other than its intended application.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, scratches, fading, or corrosion due to environmental exposure.
  • Damage caused by off-road impacts, excessive vibration, or overloading.
  • Use of non-approved accessories, hardware, or lighting equipment.
  • Labor costs associated with removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noturtle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, towing expenses, or lost profits.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
